Infrastructure Ontario, on behalf of the Ministry of the Solicitor General, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for teams to deliver the Quinte Detention Centre (QDC) Expansion Project located at 89 Richmond Blvd, Greater Napanee, Ontario, Canada.

The QDC is being expanded to add 66 new beds. The expansion will bring the institution’s capacity to over 300 beds. This project is part of the Ontario government’s commitment to increase capacity at several adult correctional facilities to ensure staff and inmate safety as well as sufficient capacity in both the short- and long term.
