REOI launched for drinking water supply network PPP project in Lascahobas

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) along with the private sector arm of the World Bank Group has launched a Request of Expression of Interest (REOI) seeking Technical Consultants to structure and implement a network of drinking water supply in Lascahobas, Haiti. The selected firm will also support IFC on technical matters in rural areas in Haiti.

The project will follow C3P two-phased approach:

  • Phase I consists of the technical, legal, financial and E&S due diligence including a gender assessment, and the review of previous studies in order to define a viable transaction structure. This phase is estimated to last 3- 4 months.
  • Phase II includes the bidding process with the drafting of the bidding documents, the promotion of the project and the selection of a private investor. This phase is estimated to last 6-8 months.
