Régie des Bâtiments, an autonomous Belgian authority, has launched a consultancy tender for the development of three forensic psychiatric centers for Paifve, Wavre and Aalst in Brussels, Belgium. The projects will be built under the design, build, finance, manage, and operate (DBFMO) scheme of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
The tender is for legal, financial, and technical consultancy services. The task of the team that will execute the legal aspect of the contract consists, among other things, of accompanying the various steps in the procedure with regard to all the legal aspects of the competitive dialogues. The task of the team in charge of the financial aspect of the market consists, among other things, in supporting the different stages of the competitive dialogue process with regard to the financial aspects. The task of the team that will be responsible for the technical aspects of market care will include the monitoring, treatment, and integration of all aspects of the DBFMO care market.
