REFOI seeking technical and financial advisers for port authority privatization in Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in Greece has issued two requests for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking financial and technical advisers for the privatization of Port Authorities. The advisors will provide services and the necessary assistance for the appropriate preparation and execution of the exploitation of up to 4 port authorities of its portfolio by means of a sale of a majority stake parallel to an update/revision of the concession agreement between the Hellenic Republic and the port authority and a shareholders’ agreement with the investor.
