Aeropuertos de Oriente, a concessionaire of six air terminals in Colombia, has received a loan of COP235,000 million (US$62.2 million) from Banco de Bogotá , Banco de Occidente and Banco Popular.
The obtained loan will be used to refinance the modernization, operation, maintenance and administration project for the airports of Santa Marta, Bucaramanga, Valledupar, Riohacha, Cúcuta and Barrancabermeja.
Baker McKenzie was the legal adviser for Aeropuertos de Oriente whereas Cuatrecasas advised the lenders on the transaction.
