The Reading Borough Council has issued a tender seeking a development partner for the regeneration of Minster Quarter Central in Reading, UK.
The selected partner will be responsible for providing construction of new residential buildings in a combination of low-rise and high-rise buildings, a hotel, retail, office and entertainment utility rooms and a public area with a place for outdoor activities starting from June 23, 2023 to December 31, 2027. The contract is not renewable. The estimated value of the contract is GBP220 million (US$247 million).
