Ratch completes acquisition of minority stake in Kasemrad International

RATCH Group has completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Kasemrad hospital from Bangkok Chain International (BCIL) in Laos.

After the transaction Ratch group holds a 9.91% stake in the hospital. The transaction is valued at TBH190 million (US$5.80 million). Earlier on July 30, 2021, Ratch has signed a share purchase and purchase agreement with BCIL for the acquisition. 

Kasemrad hospital is located in Laos's capital city Vientiane and has 254 beds for private tertiary care.
