The San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) in the Philippines has opened eligibility documents from bidders for Phase II of its Bulk Water Supply Project (North Service Area).
The project includes finance, design, construction, drilling, and installation of production wells and filtration facilities, treated water reservoir, conveyance facilities, metered interconnections facilities, security perimeter fencing, and the operation and maintenance of the constructed facilities for 25 years.

After the evaluation of the submitted eligibility documents, the SPCWD Joint Venture-Selection Committee will release the results and issue the Notice of Eligibility/Ineligibility to the prospective bidders. Consequently, those who will be deemed eligible will be issued the necessary tender documents for the technical and financial proposals.
