Quaero Capital completes acquisition of Eiffage's education portfolio
Eiffage has completed the sale of a stake in five educational institutes in France to Quaero capital. The portfolio includes the following PPPs in the field of education and research:
- 80% of the capital and the current account of Cologen and NPBS, respectively holders of the PPP contracts for 3 colleges in the Var and the University of Lorraine in Nancy;
- 85% of the capital and the current account of Eiffinov, Melaudix and Melotech, respectively holders of the PPP contracts for the universities of Lille, Aix-Marseille and Lorraine in Metz.
The transaction is valued at EUR150 million (US$170.53 million).
