Quadoro GmbH has announced that it has sold three health centers in Berlin to Alternative Investment Fund and H&A Soziale Infrastructure managed by Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG.
The properties were built in 1978 and 1986 and are located in the districts of Pankow, Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf. The health facilities underwent substantial renovations and modernization between 2008 and 2011 and now have a combined usable space of over 22,000 m2. The leases for all buildings are long-term.
Cushman & Wakefield accompanied the sales process as an intermediary. The purchase price is not disclosed.
