The Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority is asking for public feedback with regards to the launched Guidelines for the Preparation, Evaluation, Selection, and Procurement of Public-Private Partnerships through Unsolicited Proposal under the regulatory power of the government body.
The guidelines aim to encourage private-sector innovation and investment in the delivery and management of infrastructure projects while protecting the public interest, ensuring transparency, competition, fair market pricing, accountability, value for money, an effective governance and decision-making process.
Public comments are welcomed until January 3, 2019 on or before 5:00 p.m. It must be submitted in writing to the following email: info@p3.pr.gov. The Authority may, but will not be obliged to, accept, respond or inquire with follow-up regarding the comments received.
