The National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) of Colombia has held a public hearing for Accesos Norte II highway concession. The hearing was attended by 344 people including major stakeholders and ANI representatives.
The project plans to expand the North Highway to five mixed lanes on each road, between 192 and 245, plus the construction of an exclusive lane for Transmilenio from 192 to 235. Likewise, the project foresees the construction of 11.66 km of public space - platforms and cyclo-trails and the construction of road intersections.
The project involves the development of the second road between streets 201 and 245 on the Carrera Séptima as well as the construction of platforms and cyclo-trails that improve the passability of pedestrians.
