Toledo city hall in Parana, Brazil has launched a public consultation for the street light network modernization PPP project.
The concession involves the replacement of approximately 28,000 light points and the installation of LED lights. The private partner will be responsible for planning, carrying out maintenance, and expansion actions for the public lighting network in the municipality. The concession period for the project is 13 years. The new lighting system will improve the safety and quality of life of over 140,000 inhabitants.
