Municipality of Sao Paulo in Brazil has launched a public consultation for the implementation, administration, maintenance, and conservation of five new Centers Unified Educational Programs (CEUs) in the city. The centers will have municipal elementary school (EMEF), counter shift rooms, swimming pools, sports courts, studios, and rooms for various types of activities, such as gymnastics, dance, martial arts, circus and arts, library, experimental kitchen, and cinema theatre. These centers will be located in East Zone inside districts of Ermelino Matarazzo, Cidade Líder, and Sapopemba as well as in the districts of Cidade Ademar and Grajau for the South Zone.
These CEUs are expected to serve 12,500 students and benefit almost 25,500 inhabitants with provision of space for holding workshops on culture, sport, and recreation. The selected private partner will provide all furniture including IT equipment, free Wi-Fi as well as cleaning, maintenance, security, and lunch services. The winner of the bidding process will be the participant who submits the proposal with the lowest consideration to be paid monthly.
