San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) in California, USA has received proposals from all three shortlisted bidders for Potrero Yard Modernization project. The project is being procured under design, build, finance and maintain (DBFM) model of public-private partnerships.
The authority received proposals from following shortlisted bidders :

- Potrero Neighborhood Collective: Plenary Americas US Holdings Inc., Mission Economic Development Agency, Young Community Developers, Inc., Tabernacle Community Development Corp, Presidio Development Partners, LLC, Tabernacle Community Development Corp, IBI Group, a California Partnership, Y.A. studio, Plant Construction Company, L.P., The Allen Group, LLC, and WT Partnership
- Potrero Yard Community Partners: Fengate Asset Management, Emerald Fund, American Triple I Partners, Mission Housing Development Corporation, Stantec Architecture Inc, Solomon Cordwell Buenz, Kennerly Architecture & Planning, Hollins Consulting Ltd., Waypoint Consulting Ltd., and Altus Group Ltd.
The authority expects to announce the winning consortium in Spring 2022. Once operational, the yard will serve as a bus maintenance/storage facility as the bus fleet transitions to battery electric vehicles. It would also support Muni operations, maintenance, and cleaning services.
