Tecpetrol Investments S.L. (Tecpetrol) has announced that it has made a non-binding proposal (Offer) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares (Shares) of Alpha Lithium Corporation.
Alpha Lithium Corporation declined Tecpetrol Investments S.L.'s proposal and did not initiate further communication. Tecpetrol, however, is still open to engaging in immediate and genuine negotiations with Alpha, willing to enhance the offer based on thorough due diligence, and completing the transaction promptly with the support of Alpha's board of directors. Tecpetrol has engaged BMO Capital Markets as its financial advisor and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP as its legal advisor.
