The Government of Nepal advances preparations for the Gautam Buddha maternity hospital PPP project with a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for consultants.
Selected advisors will prepare a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Development, Operation, and Management of the project. The hospital will be developed on a 10-acre site located in Rupandehi with a capacity of 200 beds. The estimated investment value for the project is US$39 million with a concession period of 30 years.
The hospital complex will feature specialty centers such as Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatric, IVF (Invitro Fertilisation), Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Orthopaedics, Urology, Pathology, Renal Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and dietetics, and Emergency and trauma center. It will also have an Antenatal and Neonatal care service unit, Mayadevi wellness and meditation center and supporting medical infrastructure.
