The Government of Vietnam has approved the change in investment format of subprojects in the Eastern North-South Expressway project. The whole project consists of 11 sub-projects, out of which 6 were supposed to be procured under public investment capital and 5 projects through Public-Private Partnership (PPP). According to the new resolution now national Highway 45-Nghi Son and Nghi Son-Dien Chau sections of the expressway will be awarded under the public investment to speed up the progress.
Under the new resolution the sub-sections of the Eastern North-South Expressway procured under PPP are :
- Dien Chau-Bai Vot
- Nha Trang-Cam Lam
- Cam Lam-Vinh Hao.
