Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Hamilton Health Sciences have prequalified three teams to design, build and finance the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital redevelopment project in Grimsby. Selection criteria of the request for qualifications process included design and construction capability, experience, qualified personnel and financial capacity. A request for proposals (RFP) is expected to be issued to the prequalified teams in summer 2021.
