Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Niagara Health have prequalified 3 teams to design, build, finance and maintain the new South Niagara Hospital project.
The new hospital will be located at the intersection of Biggar Road and Montrose Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It will centralize services from existing facilities, making it easier for residents to access the care they need at one location. The hospital is being planned with a seniors’ focus embedded into all aspects of the patient experience.

A request for proposals (RFP) will be issued to these prequalified teams later this year. The successful team is expected to be announced in late 2022.
