Prequalified firms out for Rowan University student housing PPP project in Glassboro

Rowan University has announced the list of pre-qualified firms that responded to a request for qualification (RFQ) for the Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) student housing project in Glassboro (New Jersey, USA). 

The project includes the development of a new 1,269 bed residential facilities to replace old residential facilities at Rowan University. The work is to be carried out in two phases, 1st phase includes the development of 525 beds on site of existing residence halls. The remaining 744 beds will be constructed in phase 2.

The RFQ was launched in the last quarter of 2018.
