The City of Zhytomyr has planned to carry out a project to design, finance, construct, equip and maintain a greenfield multi-profile hospital based on the public-private partnership (PPP) model.
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, provides all-around lead transaction advisory support to the City implementing the Project, in collaboration with the PPP Agency of Ukraine. The tender process for the Project is expected to be launched in spring 2025.
The City hereby invites all interested parties with experience in designing, financing, constructing, equipping and maintaining hospitals to submit their preliminary and non-committal indication of interest in the Project using the contact details below by February 7, 2025. To express interest in the Project, ask any questions, or receive additional information, please send an enquiry to the following email address: UkraineHospital@ifc.org. Interested parties are also invited to voluntarily submit a brief company profile in English and/or Ukrainian along with their response to this notice.
