Preferred bidder selected for Grandview Children's Treatment Centre PPP project in Oshawa

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has selected Children First Consortium as the preferred proponent to design, build and finance (DBF) the Grandview Children’s Centre Redevelopment project in Canada.

The project will redevelop the Grandview Children’s Centre in Ajax including Centre-Wide Therapy Services: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, Autism Program and services, Paediatric Medical Services, Campbell Children's School, Family resources services and preschool outreach program. The preferred team of the Children First Consortium is formed by:

  • Applicant Lead: Amico Design Build Inc., Sacyr Construction S.A;
  • Design Team: Parkin Architects, H.H. Angus & Associated Limited;
  • Construction Team: Amico Design Build Inc., Sacyr Construction S.A;
  • Financial Advisor: Stonebridge Financial Corporation.

The IO and the consortium will work now on finalizing contract details. The project is expected to reach a financial close in a few weeks, indicating that relevant contracts have been signed.
