Preferred bidder in place for Monza hospital concession Infrastrutture Lombarde Spa selected on August 20, 2012, the wining consortium for the Concession for the expansion and rehabilitation of San Gerardo di Monza hospital.The winning consortium was composed of the following companies:- Manutencoop Facility Management S.P.A.- Eureca Consorzio Stabile- G.D.M. Costruzioni S.P.A.- Maco S.P.A.- CEIF Societa' Cooperativa- Servizi Ospedalieri S.P.A.- Servizi Italia S.P.A.- CIR Food  S.C.- Prima Vera S.P.A- CVL S.R.L

The winning consortium beat out competition from five other consortia.

Although the initial total investment for the project was €174 million, the final award has been under a investment amount of €159 million. The 30-year concession includes the design, build,finance and maintain of the rehabilitation project for the hospital.
