Preferred bidder announced for third school PPP in Greece

The Ministry of Development and Investments has announced the preferred bidder for the Seventeen schools PPP project in Central Macedonia in Greece. 

The Mitilinaios - Atese Consortium was announced as a preferred bidder. The consortium will be responsible for the design, finance, construction, maintenance and facility management of 17 school units in the Region of Central Macedonia under a public-private partnership (PPP) for 27 years.

This project marks the third school PPP project in Greece, with two PPP projects totaling 24 school units in Attica already in operation.
