The Town of Beaverlodge and Landrex Inc. has signed a letter of intent to select a private partner for the redevelopment of the Mountview Health Complex in Alberta, Canada.

The Mountview Health Complex Committee is established with the goal to land a hospital replacement utilizing private funds and includes representatives from the Town of Beaverlodge, County of Grande Prairie, the Grande Spirit Foundation and Alberta Health Services. The letter of intent is a confirmation of a joined partnership with Landrex of St Albert that will move forward with the project. Landrex will provide design services and locate another financial partner, as well as work with special engineers that build medical facilities.

The health complex will be built on the 22 acres donated by the McFarlane family around 11 years ago. The scope of the project involves the development of 12 inpatient care beds with an emergency department, a lab, and diagnostics and therapy departments.
