PQQ notice issued for Irish Higher Education PPP Programme

The Government of Ireland through the National Development Finance Agency has launched a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) notice for the development of a Higher Education PPP Programme. The project involves the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a number of new buildings and centers at Higher Education Institutions in Ireland.

The estimated contract value is EUR 150 million (US$ 165.30 million). The deadline for the submission of interests is on January 10, 2020.
