The town of Marquette-lez-Lille and the City of Tourcoing, France, have launched two tender processes to carry out social public private partnership (PPP) projects.
The town of Marquette-lez-Lille has launched a tender process to develop an art and culture complex through the PPP model. The new facilities will be located in a 1,800 m2 area and will have a capacity of 400 seats.
The selected bidder will be responsible for the design, construction, finance and maintenance of the new complex. The concession will have a period of 22 years and it has a value between €5 million (US$5.4 million) and €6 million (US$6.5 million).
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 1 March 2016.

The City of Tourcoing has launched a tender process to develop a civic center through the PPP model. The new facilities will be located in a 13,700 m2 area.
The selected bidder will be responsible for the design, construction, finance and maintenance of the civic center. The concession will have a period of 29 years.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 11 February 2016.
