PPP MENA Forum takes place on 11-12 Dec, 2019 in Dubai and is officially supported by some of the industries leading associations and authorities including the World Association World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP), Saudi National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), Abu Dhabi Investment Office to name a few.

Basma Dawwas, Head of Production of Great Minds Group, stated:

“With over $224bn-worth of public-private partnership (PPP) projects planned or under way in the Middle East and North Africa, there is no better time to organize an annual gathering for government officials, PPP units, project owners, consultants, financial institutions and lenders, private investors and stakeholder from across key sectors to come together and discuss challenges and opportunities in activating PPP projects and the bankability of such projects in light of the geopolitical status of the region. The forum will shed light on the progression and changes in PPP laws and regulations for the participating nations as well as the implementation challenges the new regulations may create.” 

The forum will be the biggest annual gathering of government officials, PPP units, project owners, consultants, financial institutions and lenders, private investors and stakeholder from across key sectors. The forum will offer exclusive never heard before updates of various PPP project pipelines across the key sectors offered by the participating nations. The forum will also discuss the progression and changes in PPP laws and regulations for the participating nations as well as the implementation challenges the new regulations may create. The Forum will also shed light on critical topics such as challenges and opportunities in activating PPP projects and the bankability of such projects considering the geopolitical status of the region.
