For the rehabilitation, financing, operation, maintenance, and renewal of regional facilities for the management of special industrial waste in Tunisia located in the governorates of Zaghouan, Sfax, and Gabès as a single lot in the form of a Public-Private Partnership.

The National Waste Management Agency (ANGed), as the Public Entity, informs interested parties that the deadline for submitting applications for the restricted tender organized by ANGed (the 'Tender') for the purpose of granting a Partnership Contract (the 'Partnership Contract') for the PPP arrangement for the rehabilitation, financing, operation, maintenance, and renewal of regional facilities for the management of special industrial waste in Tunisia located in the governorates of Zaghouan, Sfax, and Gabès as a single lot (the 'Project'), originally scheduled for 25/09/2023 at 10:00 AM, is postponed to 25/10/2023 at 10:00 AM (Tunis time).

The opening of bids will take place in a public session on 25/10/2023 at 11:00 AM (Tunis time) at the headquarters of ANGed.

Visits to the facilities can be arranged upon the prior request of candidates during administrative hours and no later than twenty (20) days before the deadline for the submission of offers.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the day following the deadline for the receipt of offers.
