The Private Investment Promotion Agency PROINVERSIÓN has announced that The Ministry of Health has piloted a portfolio of services that will offer a project to improve and expand healthcare services at the Víctor Ramos Guardia de Huaraz Hospital in Áncash, Peru.
The project will be implemented through the Works for Taxes mechanism. The project involves the improvement and expands the health services of Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia de Huaraz in Ancash, Peru. The project includes the improvement of external consultation services, emergency care, hospitalization, intensive care, imaging diagnostics, obstetric center and surgical center. The pre-investment study is carried out under PRONVERSIÓN and the coordinated work between the Regional Government of Ancash, the Ministry of Health, the Compañía Minera Antamina, PRONIS and representatives of civil society.
The winner will be responsible for the preparation of the technical file, execution of works and maintenance for 5 years and will be required to provide an investment of approximately SGD335 million (US$249 million). The project will benefit more than 600 million people in the area of influence, which is created by four health networks: Red Huaylas Norte, Huaylas Sur, Conchucos Norte and Conchucos Sur, Ancash Department.
