Aquanet, a water utility company operating in Poznán, west-central Poland, has disclosed that it has not awarded a concession tendered earlier this year for the redevelopment of a historic building in the city.
The company has not elaborated on this development, meaning that it is not known whether no tenders were received or all were rejected.
The tender for the public-private partnership (PPP) project was launched in June. Problems with attracting appropriate bids were evident in multiples extensions to the tender deadline - proposals were originally due on 10 July, but the eventual submission deadline was 31 August.
