The Polish Institute for PPPs has announced that the Community of Debie Wielkie has begun the process of finding a partner who will carry out a comprehensive  modernization of public buildings.

• At the construction stage : design build and finance the modernization works;
• At the stage of maintenance: maintenance of the facilities and management of energy resources.

The scope of the project will be subject to the following facilities:

1. Primary and Junior High  School in Debe Wielkie (School complex in Debe Wielkie),  78 Warszawska street;
2. Primary School in Cygance, 21 Szkolna Street;
3. Primary School in Gorki, 3 Szkolna Street;
4. Primary School in Ruda, 7 Szkolna Street;
5. Building of the Municipal Office  in Debe Wielkie, 3 Strazacka Street.

Private Partner 's remuneration will be through availability payments.

Interested entities may submit application for admission to tender procedure  until 2 September 2013.
