The Polish Government is set for a dialogue with the interested bidders for the construction of the KST Tram Line stage IV project under the Public-Private Partnership scheme.
The project involves the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 4.5km fast tram line between Czyżyny and Mistrzejowice, in the city of Krakow. The line will have nine pairs of stops and six shortstops. The trams will run at 24 km/h.
In early June 2019, three teams have been shortlisted and set for a dialogue with the Management Board of Municipal Infrastructure and Transport of Krakow (ZIKiT). The construction of the project is expected to be completed within four years of financial close.
