PLDT Inc., the Philippines' largest fully integrated telecommunications company, has confirmed that it is considering selling cell sites to independent tower companies.
The divesting of non-strategic tower assets aims to raise funds and improve the company's bottom line. PLDT expects to raise between US$800 million to US$1 billion in the process.
