Plans submitted for Codesa privatization

Brazilian Ministry of Infrastructure has submitted plans to privatize Companhia Docas do Espírito Santo (Codesa) to the federal audit office. Codesa is a state-owned port operator company responsible for the operation of Port of Vitória and Barra do Riacho located in Aracruz, North of Espírito Santo.

The auction for the company is expected to take place in early 2022.
