PIN launched for Stadium PPP in Vienna

The Wien Holding GmbH, a company owned by the City of Vienna, has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the development of a new stadium in Vienna, Austria.

The authority intends to develop a state-of-the-art area for around 20,000 visitors located in the Neu Marx urban development area (Karl-Farkas-Gasse 1, 1030). The potential private partner will be responsible for the design, build and operation as well as, if necessary, finance of the stadium. 

The contract notice is planned to be published on January 31, 2022.
