PIN issued for leisure building projects in Denbighshire

Denbighshire Leisure Limited (DLL) in the UK has launched a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to engage the market for a potential development partner to work with the third iteration of the Framework for leisure buildings in the region. The chosen bidder will partner with DLL to manage, operate and perform, or procure the performance of all works and services in respect of leisure-related building projects. Proposed projects are to include, but not be limited to multi-use, single-use or any combination of uses of developments ranging from leisure, indoor, outdoor, recreation, theatre, hotels, restaurants, office, museums, spas, etc.

The Framework will be for a period of four years with the potential for extension for further 2 years on a year by year basis. The Framework will be available to a wider range of clients and with a wide range of services, than in previous iterations.

The estimated contract value is GBP2 billion (US$2.83 billion). The contract notice is expected to be published on June 30, 2021.
