PIN issued for Ireland Higher Education Bundle 2 PPP

The National Treasury Management Agency in Ireland for and on behalf of the Department of Education and Skills (as Sanctioning Authority) and the Higher Education Authority launched prior information notice (PIN) of its intention to procure Higher Education Bundle 2, by Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Bundle involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of new buildings and centres at Higher Education Institutions in Ireland.
