The United Utilities Water Limited (UUW) in Warrington, UK, has issued a prior information notice (PIN) for delivery of the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme (HARP) scheme.
Following the PIN, UUW will issue a contract notice utilizing Ofwat’s Direct Procurement for Customers (DPC) approach, selecting a Competitively Appointed Provider (CAP) to design, build, finance, and maintain (DBFM) this water resilience supply project.
