Anglian Water has published a Prior Notice Information (PIN) looking to procure a Competitively Appointed Provider (CAP) for its water treatment project in North Lincolnshire, UK. The selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, financing, operation and maintenance of Middlegate water treatment works.

The project needs to have a processing capacity of an average output of 10-15ML/day up to a maximum of 31 ML/day as a resilience asset to support the drinking water requirements of Anglian Water customers. This PIN is issued to conduct a pre-market engagement to gauge capability and interest in the market for assistance in the decision-making of Anglian Water and is not a call for competition.
