Phoenix starts procurement for air cargo PPP project

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is planning a public-private partnership (PPP) for the Northwest Air Cargo Development in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, finance, build, operate/lease and maintain an air cargo facility on approximately 28 ac at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. 

Business Information Meeting/Outreach for the Northwest Air Cargo Development Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) was conducted on October 12, for those interested in the development project and its procurement process. The RCS will offer the successful developer a 30-year Unsubordinated Ground Lease Agreement.
