The government of the Philippines is currently reviewing 'Build Build Build' infrastructure program project pipeline. The projects having a higher potential to revive the economy amid COVID-19 pandemic will be given priority in the program. There are more than 100 projects in the pipeline under the program. The government will decide which projects will be retained, removed, or tweaked.
The plan to spend PHP 1 trillion (US$ 19.77 billion) on the program is also being reviewed by the Development Budget Coordination Committee (DBCC). The government encouraged the PPP procurement for the program.
