Philippines PPP Center sign MOA on PPPs with Del Carmen and Surigao Del Norte

The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center and the Municipal Government of Del Carmen, Surigao Del Norte in the Philippines signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on June 27, 2022, to institutionalize their cooperation to develop and implement infrastructure and development projects in the municipality through PPP.

The MOA outlines the technical assistance that will be provided by the PPP Center for the LGU’s PPP projects. The projects identified by the LGU, such as a multi-purpose recreational facility, eco-hotels, a municipal slaughterhouse, and a commercial center, among others, intend to accelerate the recovery of the LGU from the COVID-19 pandemic and Typhoon Odette.
