Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) in the Philippines has launched a tender process seeking a private partner for the key development projects in Clark TIEZA Tourism Enterprise Zone.
Clark TIEZA-TEZ is a 20-hectare greenfield property located along Prince Balagtas Extension. The Clark TEZ is planned to be developed into a sustainable integrated tourism complex with facilities such as a shopping outlet, theme park, hotels, villas, and MICE facility.
Initially, the authority launched the procurement process for the development, operation, and maintenance of the 3-Star Hotel located in Clark TEZ. The project will cater to the mid-market clientele or visitors of the TEZ as well as the expected increase in tourist visitors due to the expansion of the operation, and Clark International Airport. The hotel will have a capacity of 150 rooms.
