Philippine PPP center issues RFEOI seeking technical consultants for a Panel for Resilient PPP Projects

The Philippine Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center in Phillippines calls for submissions of expressions of interest by eligible consultants to pre-qualify for a panel of firms to be retained on non-committal basis for 2 years to support preparation and transaction of Resilient PPP Projects. Financing of the consultants selected from the panel for a PPP project preparation and transaction assignment will be through the Project Development and Monitoring Facility administered by the PPP Center.

The scope of work of the prospective firms or association of firms in the Panel involves support during project preparation, bid management, and assistance during the financial close of projects at the local and regional/sub-national levels. The contract value for consultancy services is US$ 2.5 million.

The deadline to submit interest is August 06, 2019.
