The Government of the Philippines through Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has conducted the opening of financial bids for the Clark International Airport Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Project on November 27 at the BCDA Corporate Office in Taguig City, Philippines.
The 25-year O&M Concession involves (a) the fit-out works, completion and commissioning of the New Terminal Building; and (b) the management, operations, and maintenance of the New Terminal Building including the existing terminal, and landside infrastructure.
