The positive aspects of both projects will be disputed by 9 pre-qualified bidders, which reflects the interest of investors in Peru. Projects will be awarded to the bidder who offers the lowest total cost of services in accordance with the provisions of the bids. The PPP model will provide quality infrastructure and utilities.

The investment in both projects is US$132 million and the concession term in each case is 30 years. The concessionaire will be responsible for design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance. Both projects should cover the growing demand for industries, businesses and services in each of the districts, as well as the demand for housing in three departments.
