The Private Investment Promotion Agency (Proinversión) in Peru has awarded the Moquegua social housing PPP concession to Grupo Inmobiliario Altitud SAC.

The concession is part of the Villa Primavera Social Interest Housing Complex initiative. The project will be carried out on the land owned by the Regional Government of Moquegua featuring 105 blocks of five floors with four departments of 58 m2 each. In total, 7,760 social homes will be developed, out of which 5,660 will be single-family homes and 2,100 will be multi-family homes.

The estimated investment value for the project is PEN527 million (US$141.57 million). The project is expected to generate 500 direct and 1,500 indirect jobs during its implementation.
