Peab to build 397 apartments in Högsbohöjd

Peab has announced the commencement of the third stage of the project Ekebäckshöjd for Stena Fastigheter in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The scope of work includes the development of five buildings of 397 apartments in Högsbohöjd. The Project intends to have a distinct sustainable profile and aims to certify the buildings under the Nordic Swan ecolabel. The contract was valued at SEK565 million (US$54 million).

The construction is expected to begin in 2023 and to be completed in the spring of 2026.
